Fakron Alliance

Stay. We Care.

The Founder

Malik Fakron

Malik Fakron builds businesses around how they work: how a product reaches a shelf, money moves, and a property earns its keep. He graduated in International Accounting from German Jordanian University in 2017, after study and industrial training in Germany, and grew up close to his family’s manufacturing business, which expanded from three cheese varieties to twenty-seven before moving into jam and cream.

His experience spans financial verification at IATA, financial analysis and treasury at First Gulf Libyan Bank (2021 to 2024), and advisory work with the Office of the Deputy President of the Libyan Presidency Council (2019 to 2021). He co-founded Jetak, a delivery and e-commerce platform that passed 50,000 subscribers and was sold in 2024. Finance taught him to follow the cash, trade to build a route to market, and Jetak to coordinate a network. The Alliance brings those lessons together across digital services, commerce, hospitality and operational delivery.

Today Malik is building Fakron Alliance around how its parts work together: Basira develops applications, research and insight; FmGm brings media and creative work; STAY manages hospitality and property operations; Kayan connects trade and distribution; and IKRAM coordinates sourcing and supply. His focus is to connect the teams, clarify responsibilities and turn decisions into work that moves forward. The 45-day transformation project is part of STAY.

What We Believe

Three quiet principles.

01

Care is in the details

Clear handovers, useful tools and attention to the customer make daily work better. The details matter because people experience the result.

02

Trust is earned, not claimed

Trust comes from clear responsibilities, honest updates and following through. What is promised should be clear, and what is completed should be visible.

03

Rooted in Amman, connected beyond

Amman is the base. The work connects local operations with wider markets and digital services, with a practical role for each team.
